I can only repeat the call to follow the instructions on the image upload page. Your recent uploads still don't have category put in description (you may look [[:File:Boglatdâ Flag.png|here]] how the file should be correctly described, including category as I corrected your recent uploads. However I also marked [[:File:Luoððipäkflag.png]] for deletion because it contains elements in upper left field which are clearly pasted from somewhere else and are too complicated  to be treated as free from copyright. Therefore you should provide license for every of these elements (the bear, the anchor, the sword) as a proof they are allowed to use and/or to fulfill the requirements of Creative Commons license.
