Azure Coast, officially República de Costa Azul is a multiethnic, semipresidential republic located in Western Tarephia. It is composed of 17 provinces: 16 on the mainland and the archipelago of the Faigo Islands in the Hesperian Ocean. It is bordered to the north by TA003e, TA003d and TA005, to the south and west by the Hesperic Ocean, to the east by TA003c, and to the southeast by TA003b. Its capital and most populated city is Tarjón, on the shores of Lake Tirbala. Its second most important city is Ralbán, which also is the main port in the country.
Costa Azul is an extremely diverse tropical country, thanks to the variety of microclimates, where they can be found from arid areas to inhospitable jungles, from high mountains to pristine beaches. Historically, it has been a troubled country that obtained great stability for much of the 20th century, but collapsed in 1975 with the dictatorship of Danilo Carvallo Orozco, which ended with the outbreak of the Juyul Revolution in 1987. Today, Costa Azul is a member of the Assembly of Nations and the Tarephia Cooperation Council.
