The Prime Minister is nominated as candidate by the President of the Republic of Beldrio after holding consultations with representatives from the different parliamentary groups, voted in by the members of the lower house during an investiture session and then formally appointed by the President of the Republic of Beldrio. Also the cabinet is appointed by the President of the Republic of Beldrio, although ministers are proposed by the Prime Minister. | |||

Beldrio, officially the Beldrian Republic (castellanese: República de Beldrio), is a country in southern Tarephia. Beldrio is located on the Budrian Peninsula, along the south of Bergez Bay, and borders Free Redemia to its south, and Miramar and Latina (la Tira de Tela) to its north. The capital is Lenzo and largest city is Plazafuerte.
