Locations of Governmental Institutions of AR902

I'm currently adding national governmental institutions in the AR902 capital, Tsanonba. Among these are:

1. National Legislature
2. Executive Residence and Offices
3. Supreme Court
4. Department of the Treasury
5. National Mint
6. Department of Defense
7. Department of Agriculture and Research Farms

Tsanonba, the capital, is located in the Tagalog-speaking part of AR902. Do we want to put government institutions in Tsanonba, or distribute the institutions throughout the nation?

• Putting the institutions in Tsanonba would concentrate governmental power in Tsanonba and Maliwanag, the Tagalog region; it would also enhance inter-governmental collaboration.
• Spreading the institutions out would incentivize the government to invest in the Javanese regions on Mananahi and hopefully foster greater national unity between the Tagalog and Javanese communities.
