The second largest city in the west is styled like Kahului

Culture is similar to Hawaiian and the official language of Ulekia is Akapan, Some people use English (Ingerish) for communications

Ulekia is found in 905 BCE as Akapa. In 638 BCE, Akapans started the war against Dawa (Now Godotvia), but in 632 BCE the war ended. In 1203, the Great Slavery War started, slavery popularized. Dawans conquered Fika Islands that is now part of Ulekia. In 1220, the Great Slavery War ended, pushed Dawans from Fika Islands. In 1608, slavery was abolished by Uleka I of Akapa. In 1744, Akapa changed its name to Ulekia by Uleka IV of Akapa, in 1979 Ulekia was joined to Godotvian Islands Union as founding member of the int'l organization.
