The country consists of 15 General Administrative Regions (GMR): General administrative regions in Flumis-à-la-Baie. The capital Carleton sits at the west end of River Charlevoi. Including Carleton, there are 13 GMRs on the mainland, 2 GMRs (Iles-des-soeurs and Iles-des-Marguerite) on the sea. The country has its sea access at South. The land is generaly flat, with most of mountains and elevations in the east (Outardes, Le Catier and Brochou). A brief description of the territory demographics, economic development, land occupation, infrastructure and mapping style

Flumis-à-la-Baie is not a county on the wheel. Therefore, walkability and public transport has higher priority than highways in its city design philosophy. With massive railway transport network, residents will be able to travel through the country within 17 hours from one end to the other. Flumians are known to build large-scale project, including railways, highways connecting major cities and towns.

The name of Flumis-à-la-Baie, which is evolved from Latin, can be understood as "River stops at the bay". The country has three offical languages: English, French and Mandarin. Although Flumis has its own culture, there are towns influnced by ajacent countries at its border area.

  • Hi, Liuchen37. I wanted to let you know that we have had a changeover in leadership of West Uletha, so there has been a bit of a delay in reviewing your application. Both Bixelkoven and myself will review it soon—your application hasn't been forgotten. We're just trying to get a few crucial things done first as part of the changeover. We appreciate your patience. Thank you! — Alessa (talk) 02:24, 12 March 2023 (UTC)
