*Hello Jamigg, thank you for your proposal. While there definetely is lots of merit to your concept, I'd like to point out that this part of East Uletha is intended to host South Asian (Indian) and Austronesian cultures (see OpenGeofiction:East Uletha). Your concept reflects an English-speaking colonial past which would fit in better in a "new world" setting. Maybe have a look around the page linked above as well as parts of Archanta (perhaps even the FSA) to see if there are territories there that better fit your plans. The admin team is happy to assist with this search, just reach out if you have any further questions. Cheers, Leowezy (talk) 10:31, 8 October 2022 (UTC)

An overview of climate, topography and landscape of the country. It is advised to also create a sketch, you can add a link to this (hosted on imgur or similar)

Celania is a mountainous, alpine country. With a beach-ridden coasts and forests lining the entire coastline.

As you follow the coastline, there are long sandy beaches. And the further out you go from the cities, there starts to be coastal rainforests.

As you head further inland, the beaches become tall, snowy mountains.

Ski resorts and alpine peaks are scattered throughout the hills and valleys. And in the south-east of the alpine ranges is the Thorne valley, with the Thorne river running straight through the middle of it.

Just west of the capital city of Ashcliffe is the Elliott Peninsula, a reasonably flat landscape surrounded by even more beachfront.

A brief description of the territory demographics, economic development, land occupation, infrastructure and mapping style

Celania is a small English speaking country, with a total population of ~7 million.

The population is spread throughout the country as:

Ashcliffe (Capital): 4.5 million

Eastport: 2 million

Everywhere else: 500 thousand

The capital city of Celania is Ashcliffe, the closest nearby city to Ashcliffe is Eastport, on the eastern side of the bay.

Ashcliffe has an advanced system of highways and freeways that stretch throughout the country:

M1/A1: Stokes Highway, Stokes Motorway, Ewingar Motorway, South Coast Highway - Spans from neighbouring Midistland to UL26d, via Ashcliffe

M2: Midland Highway - Heads ~north out of Ashcliffe

M9: Elliott Highway - Towards Elliott Peninsula

A100: Name TBD - Access to the South Coast

B200: Name TBD - Hugs the northern coastline

B350: Thorne Valley Road

C300: Name TBD - Goes to the southernmost point of Celania

Celania follows the mapping styles similar to what is seen in Australia-New Zealand.

A brief description of the intended culture and language

Celania has a rich history of being a very dispersed country. Only in recent decades did more of the population start moving into major cities. This is why there is still such a large population in rural and regional areas.
