Nayina (Franquesse:Nayinie, Castellanese:Nahína, Florescentian:Nahíná) is a small, tropical country that lies on the Lycene Sea in Southern Tarephia. The name "Nayina" is derived from native languages meaning "The Giving Lands", where natives would use water from the many rivers in the region to irrigate their fields. The capital and largest city in Nayina is Côte du Corail, second to Nayina's second largest city, Catanie. The official languages of Nayina are Franquesse, with the highest population of speakers, Castellanese, and Florescentian. Nayina is bordered by Araguan to the west, and TA109c to the east. Nayina is a Semi-Constitutional Democratic Republic, currently under the presidency of George Majacu and ministry of Pauline Atichu. Before colonisation, Nayina was dominated by the Tiuwé and Buirawui tribes. Nayina was then colonised and controlled by Franquia beginning in the early 1300s. Many of the histroric landmarks in Nayina were built while under Franquesse colonisation, including the Saint Michel Palace and the Château de Marie-Louise.
