Tamor, officially the Republic of Tamor, is a small sovereign country in North East Antarephia, bordering with AN134g and San Marcos. The country, with its 19 030km² of surface, touches the southern part of the "Mar of Garona".

Etymology

The origin of the name "Tamor" probably comes from the "Torians", founders of the town of Tor.

Due to the exposure to the tropical oceans and winds and the topographic location of the country, the territory is often hit by hurricanes and windstorms. The most hit region is the one of Londu, where some areas in the northern side can get up to 500mm of rain in few days.

Seismic Activity

Geology

Flood risk is very high in most of the territory, especially along rivers and coast. The most fragile cities are Corem, which is located below sea level, and Tor, which is often hit by torrential rainfall and hurricanes.

Due to the often directional change of the river "Tarus", the city of Pegnem is getting several problems with the urban management.
