The Hetzer Council is the official body for formal inter-parliamentary cooperation among the countries bordering the firth of Hetzer, in north-western Uletha. Formed in 1952, it has representatives from ?, ?, ?, and Searavenag. The representatives are members of parliament in their respective countries and are elected by those parliaments.
