I hope you're having a good day. Just to let you know, the flag you uploaded for your state has been marked for deletion in two weeks. The reason is that it needs proper attribution and a license. What attribution means is that you have to state on the summary the information about who made the image (if other than yourself) and where all the previously-created content came from. The two shields appear to be imagery that existed from elsewhere, so we do need to properly state who the original creator was. As for a license, this is just the type of copyright license that you want it released under, like cc-by-sa or public domain. Please note that you have to release the image under a similar license to any of the previously used material. You can see a list of licenses here.
