Please note, in our policy, that information on multiple cities should be placed in the "Administrative divisions of Pactone" article and do not receive separate articles. It is quite easy to consolidate the information into one larger piece for the time being, and make that a more robust article. I'll move Seskiavikh Bay to Administrative divisions of Pactone a little later tonight to facilitate this.
