Energy in Pasalia

Electricity is extremly widespread in Pasalia. Consumption is high. Pasalias electricity production in 2015 was XX GW, whilst average usage per household was 12,100 kWh. This high figure is only possible due Pasalia being the only country with free electricity, which has been criticised both on health and budget concerns.

Pasalia is heavily dependent on oil imports, despite its free electricity. The largest source of oil for Pasalia as of late 2016 is PetroCar in Cariocas. Oil and Gas are subsidized by the government to keep prices low.
