FlyMe Holding SA, styled as FlyMe, is a Guaiian-Paxtaren multinational low-cost airline holding company, registered in Jom, Guai with its main operational headquarters in Carmeleum, Gonfragerra. It operates services to destinations in Antarephia and Tarephia by either of its main divisions: FlyMe Guai or FlyMe Paxtar, both marketed as FlyMe.

History

FlyMe was founded in 1998 by the merging of 2 airlines: Guaiian charter airline Azure Air and Paxtaren airline Skyways. Azure Air bought 49.9% of Skyways' shares and sold 42% of its own shares to Skyways, the rest being owned by PBV and Hesperic Bank. By the end of 1999, both airlines started flying as FlyMe which shifted to operate as a low-cost airline.
