The province of Holland is the nucleus of the former colony New Holland, which was later the area of Holland, Grimoualdini, Monte Golario and Valle Vulpeculo and the since 2001 independent Tara (formerly Rio Liffey).
Greatest town and capital is Van Pelt at the eastcoast and there the second harbour after Porto Colon.

The wagonworks in Van Pelt are well known for the metro-wagons and streetcar-wagons, used in the whole country of Latina and exportet around the world.
The province is settled relative dense, only in the cantones Cisnes and Rio Pernello are fewer people.
The western boundary of the province is the the province of Grimoualdini, at the east the ocean. The province is longer from north to the south as from wast to the east. The landscape goes with small hills flat to the sea. Rivers flow in eastern direction. Greatest river is the Rio Pernello, his mouth at Van Pelt City

A lot of people are from dutch origin, so dutch is the second language in the province. But in the northern part are little islands of french speaking areas as around Beauregard.
