Igwepir /ˈigʋɛˌpir/ is a city in Reeland, located on the north cape of the lagoon. It originated on the fortress on the hill with the same name. Today the inner part of the city consists of 5 formerly independent settlements: Hafen, Nortkap, Nortlofen, Sutlofen, Vagheen.
Igwepir is divided into 9 municipalities: Hafen, Nortkap, Vagheen, Rosdorf, Ruppir—Neu-Igwepir, Flusstat—Klinhaaf, Vagheen, Kritzen, Langstrand, Bergtorf.
Hafen (meaning port) is the most urban and most populous municipality, containing all the central settlements (Nortlofen, Sutlofen, Hafen, Hohstat).
Nortkap (meaning north cape), named after the north cape of what is now known as the Bay of Igwepir. It's famous for its beach and the Igwepir zoo. It also contains Szonpark (Park of the Sun), one of the largest parks in the city.
Vagheen is the modern, planned part of the city.
