The International Liberal and Democrat Alliance (ILDA) is a political international of liberal and like-minded centrist political parties.


The ILDA was founded in the first decades of the XX century in response to the emergence of more extreme political ideologies on both the left and right of the political spectrum.

Member parties

Any centrist party is entitled to membership of the ILDA whether in government, opposition, or even those that have been exiled. Membership from more than one party per country is also acceptable providing they are from the political centre.
