The United Kingdom of Kaosha, Risorheim and Simbia (Vereinigte Königreich von Kaosha, Risorheim und Simbien), commonly known as "Sin Se (新砂), is a sovereign state located on the continent of Archanta, with the capital city being Reinstaat. The official language of the nation is Babelic and Gaerman, both language are respected equally and taught in public schools.
For motorways, odd-numbered are north-south bound and even-numbered are east-west bound. Single digits are for major motorways. Double digits and triple digits are for regular motorways. Four digits are for auxillary ways. Regular highways start with 1 start in Kaosha,2 start in Gara Inverval, 3 start in Risorheim, 4 start in Simbia, 5 along the Risorheim Bay, 6 for trans-Framhost mountains, 7 for trans-Simbia mountains, 8 in-city, and 9 round-city. The same pattern go to the trunk way.
All primary roads are numbered too, but each kingdom has its own way of doing things.
Railways in Kaosha are the convinient means of transportation, especially for inter-coast communications. Gleiches-Landliche Bahn, or simply S-Bahn (S for Sin Se) is the state-run railroad company running most of the country's railways. The H-Bahn (H for Hochgeschwindigkeit, or high speed) is the publicly-traded high speed railway company owned mostly by S-Bahn and the governments along its way. The H-Bahn runs only one line - from Reinstaat to Fuchsrot.
Regional railway services, are usually jointly owned by the local government and S-Bahn. Currently, there are 5 subway systems, 3 tram systems, and 2 monorail / elevated streetcar in Sin Se:
- Subways: Reinstaat-Wen Tsing, Seung Ling, Fuchsrot, Sim Bi, and Hing Kam.
- Trams: Scheineshaven, Tsing Tiat, Tasseren.
- Monorails: Pleskau, Lit Ling.
Kaosha is diverse in terms of religion. 34% of people are not religious, 31% are Evangelisk Christians, 16% belong to the Mazu-worshiping, 9% are traditional Baascher religions, and Yewish make up 8 %; other religions, such as Catholisk Christians and L'Hopital-worshiping make up the rest 12 percents.
In terms of geological distribution of religions, the distinction between different provinces is clear. Mazu worshipers concentrate densely in the west coast region, L'Hopital worshipers are mostly in the central Lake Region, Yewish people compose some culturally instinct enclaves in Reinstadt-metropolitan region. Zento and Baascher Islands are home to aborigines and their unique Baascher traditional religion. Evangelisk Kaoshanianrs live mostly in the north, the southeast and north shore of Sun Moon Lake. Elutherene denomination is the dominating church in Kaosha.
Kaosha uses the metric system of measurement (meter, second, gram).
In Kaosha cars drive at the right side of the street. Railways, however, run over the left track.

The minimum age for one to apply for a driving license is 17 years old, sixteen-year-old, nevertheless, can apply for a educational license. In national election, citizens older than 17 year old and have lived in Kaosha for over 16 months in the past 18 months can vote. In provincial and levels lower than that, whoever have lived in the constituent legally for over 16 months in the past 18 months can vote, regardless of nationality. The minimum age to run for an office depends on the specific title one is running, but non citizens and citizens with multiple nationalities can not run for office anyway.
Prostitution are only legal in designated areas and sex-workers must be registered beforehand. A health check is mandatory for sex workers every 6 month, failing to do so would result in the cancellation of Sex Worker's License. For sex workers under 24 years old (or 27 in Baascher Islands, Reinstadto), however, the cost of such checks are subsided by the government.
Pornography is generally legal, as long as all actors featured are over 17-year-old. In sex industry, firms are heavily taxed, while not so much for independent productions.
Child labors are illegal.
Kaosha has a rather complex and unique government structure in the world. The government is separated into 4 branches, the legislative, the judiciary and 2 executive branches. The legislative branch is a unicameral parliament, the Knesset; the judiciary is divided into 4 levels; the first executive branch, the Cabinet, is elected among the Knesset members, while the second executive branch, the Council of Tribunes, is elected directly from the people. The Council of Tribune, or simply the Council, is in charge of social welfare, universal health care, civil service examination and has monitoring power.
Kaosha is a constitutional monarchy. The unicameral legislature body of the nation is the Knesset. The Knesset passes laws, elects Chancellor, approves the cabinet, and supervises the work of the government. Moreover, the Knesset elects the state comptroller. It also has the power to declare war, remove the chancellor and the state comptroller from office, and dissolve itself and call new elections. The Monarch of Kaosha may also dissolve the Knesset. The Knesset is situated in Reinstadt.
The Knesset is made up of 100 members. Each province (and oversea Kaoshanianrs) is a multi-member constituency and the number of seats is according to its population. The term of service is 3 years. Education in Kaosha consists of three tiers: primary/elementary education (grades 1-4, approx. ages 6–10), middle school (grades 5-8, approx. ages 10–14) and high school (grades 9-12, approx. ages 14–18). All of the three tiers are compulsory education.
The school years in Kaosha begins in mid January and ends in mid November. The Autumn brake is the first 3 weeks of April, and the Winter Brake is in the last 3 weeks of July. There're 3 semesters in Kaosha, with the Autumn Brake and the Winter brake separating them.
Single gender schools is common in elementary and high school level, while way less observed in middle schools.
The Matura, or the entrance test to the colleges, take place every early September. There are 14 subjects, with 15 being the perfect score of each of them, to be taken by the 12-graders. Typically, the score of Matura determines who get to enter the second part of college entrance test, the INTERVIEEEW.
Higher education in Kaosha is mostly public. There are 4 universities, with 3 more still being constructed:

- National Meilanese University
- Academy of Politics and Military
- Saopo University
- St. Herreignen College (expected to open in 2019)
- Chisim University for Women (expected to open in 2023)
- Kaoshanian University of Arts and Theatrical Studies (being constructed)
Law enforcement in Kaosha is provided by multiple police forces. The Regular Police (警察) is the civil police force at Fief level who oversees transportation and patrols. The Aufsehers (警視) oversees regular police at the provincial level, and is responsible for investigating and inter-Fief law-enforcing. The Hauptpolizei (高等警察) and the Department of Patrol deals with inter-provincial activities as well as international crime investigations, the difference is the Hauptpolizei is responsible to the Knesset, while the DoP directly receive order from the Monarch.
There are also law enforcers that only serve certain part of the society, too. To name a few, the Bahnaufsehers (鐵路警視) patrols the railway system, the Wasserpolizei (水警) takes care of water-related activities, and Superhauptpolizei (特別高等警察) investigates crimes related to elections, political scandals, royalties and Knesset members.]
