Kimelíngsan-shu is the second largest city of Gyoéng'guffe-iki in Kojo, and the 28th largest city of the country in total. It is named after the fact that the settlement was founded next to the country's biggest river Kime, more precisely where the small stream Kimelíngsan (nowadays largely covered) joins the big river.

Transport

Railway

The stations ground- and underground level
the stations top level, with IC tracks and distribution level

The city's main railway station is Kimelíngsan-shu Zóngchezi right in the city centre. It is a major through-point and bottleneck, as most trains coming along the Kime river going towards Pacchipyan-iki go through the station. A sidelong expansion is not possible, due to the high building density close to the station and the railway tracks. As a result, Kimelíngsan-shu Zóngchezi is one of the country's few bi-level stations; and the only one where both layers actually align instead of crossing each other. The upper two platforms are exclusively served by IC and sometimes rerouted CC and freight trains. The western platform is accessible from the distribution level, while the eastern platform can only be entered from the eastern side of the building.

Besides the hourly IC 1, the also hourly IC 1 Express, which does not stop at the station, also passes through.
