National roads in Belphenia

In Belphenia, the highway system consists of Interstate Highways, National Routes, State Roads, and Prefecture Highways, as well as local or memorial roads, toll roads, and special roads.
All roads in Belphenia are maintained and operated by the Belphenia Department of Transportation and the Belphenia Transportation and Aviation Council. And furthermore, there are at least 44,300 active Adopt-a-Highway/Bridge/Tunnel programs.
In the Clear Heart period, all road infrastructure in Belphenia underwent massive reconstruction and modernization projects between the end of the Volkman period to March 2015.
