The province of Rio Norte in Latina has the name from the great river, that flow through the whole province. The blue stripe in the flag symbolisized the river.

Greatest town and capital is Mendoza with 2.654.328 inhabitants. Next greater town is Fahrenheit with 102.732 inhabitants.
