can we make really elaborate signatures for ourselves? and where are avatars?

We need cheesy Windows 98 'shadow' graphics and references to Netscape and AltaVista, a low-graphics version for users still on 56k dialup...

It's kind of sad that forums are seen as a thing from the past. They are a simple and tidy system for discussions. But I guess what matters these days is instant messaging, which is a shame. Also: XP still is the best Windows (although I'm using 7).

okay seeing there aren't animated bitmap emojis and i can't upload a gif as a profile picture, i am a bit disappointed :-//

Is not a forum a place of discussion and information? So I think, all this optical mess as emois and avatars is not necessary.

By the way = Indeed I miss XP - was a lot better as 10.

Yeah, who needs emojis anyways? I always associated the usage of those with kids at least 3 years younger from me :P . REAL MEN use text emoticons and lennys lol.

As for the Windows I have a lot of good memories when as a young kid I made countless presentations with PowerPoint 2003 (imagining that they were films). Our computer was running XP back then. What I find amusing - the same computer is now running 7, although it's only a bit younger than me.

obviously this forum should be firstly informative and topical, i was just saying i miss those things from the 2000s forums. (but sometimes when you're too topical, you might need to get tropical to unwind🌴🌴)
