Tulpanen is a state located in the Grand Lakes region of the Federal States of Archanta. The capital is Tulport, while the largest city is Lemmington. Tulpanen is bordered to the east by Nipewa and Taviani, and to the west by (51). Tulpanen also shares a border with Makaska within (Lake 2) and Manara within Lake Leighton.



Tulpanen is a mostly flat state.
