The Ulethan Alliance for Culture (UAC) is a cultural union of 37 member states that are located primarily in Uletha. The mission of the Alliance is to "effect social change and public understanding of the vast cultural diversity and history of members through first hand experiences and an open mind". The institution performs this mission by promoting local cultures and histories through the following organizations, each headquartered in one founding member of UAC:
- Ulethan Capital of Culture (UCC) designs every year a city in Uletha to be the host of various cultural events. Since 1995;
- Ulethan Cultural Route (UCR) promotes streets, hiking paths and maritime routes with significant cultural or aesthetic value throughout Uletha. Since 1999;
- Ulethan Heritage Site (UHS) categorizes, promotes and protects historic sites, buildings, and landmarks in Uletha. Since 2001;
- Ulethan Student Exchange (USE) is an organization which allows student to move freely between Ulethan universities (sometimes also schools) by creating intercultural bridges and organizing cultural events for the youth. Since 2005;
- Ulethan Sister Cities (USC) forms a stronger relation between two Ulethan cities to signify cultural, historical, demographical or geographical similarities between them. Since 2011;
- Ulethan Green City (UGC) awards every year cities in Uletha for high environmental standards, ongoing and ambitious goals for further environmental improvement. Since 2016.
The Ulethan Alliance for Culture also organizes the following contests:
- Ulethan Photography Contest (annual contest where each country in UAC nominates a photograph taken in their country)
- Ulethan Festival for Traditional Music (annual traditional music competition held among ethnic groups in Uletha)
