Valessa (Romanish: Vlăsia, formerly Vlăsiia, Eganian: Valesi, Franquese: Valesse, Pollonian: Wultsch) is a city in Antharia, Cadrilather Province. It was between 1692-1822 capital of the Antharian Kingdom and between 1923-1925 the capital of the Antharian Fascist State, ruled by Jean Gheorghe-Barraca.
In 2017, Valessa has been chosen to be the Ulethan Capital of Culture.
