Other more hostile natives | Freedemian settlers and more peaceful natives who were open to allowing Freedemians to come in had to fight hostile natives over the Freedemian claim of the land over years in minor battles, very few casualties. A large part of the reason why Henshaw and Wellslvania are still mostly rural mountains and forest. A settlement had Freedemians claim all of the land but leave the majority of the forests intact and undeveloped so that they could have the modern day U-4 corridor and the eastern side. Later in 1901 the natives agreed to fully join Freedemia. |

This led to the Sarangonian Rebellion of 1987, and consequent depopulation of Sarangonia and Duvar to the Irhoborin Refugee Settlement.
