The Geography follows the geography of real-life New England states. I would add some rivers, lakes etc. The average temperature throughout the year is around eight degrees Celsius in the western part, 9.5 °C in the central part and 10 °C on the coast. The warmest month of the year is July, when the average high temperature is about 27.4 degrees. The average lowest temperature is -5.4 degrees. On average, it rains evenly throughout the year and there is no regular dry and rainy season in the area. The forests of Hershey are home to deer, beaver, muskrat, mink, otters, hares, foxes, raccoons and chipmunks, sometimes also bears and moose. Notable game birds include the ruffed grouse, wild turkey and pheasant. Major rivers include the Gotham, Liberty and East. Hershey is not a mountanious state, but in the wetsern end of the state there are some mountains.

A brief description of the territory demographics, economic development, land occupation, infrastructure and mapping style |
The population of the state is 19,938,175. The capital, which houses 8,000,000 million people, is located on the eastern coast. The economic development is average. The state has many highways and regional roads. I'd map the cities and then move onto the countryside.

A brief description of the intended culture and language |
The area of present-day Hershey has been inhabited for about ten thousand years. Before colonization, Nashoba-Indians lived there. When the colonization started, there were tens of thousands of them. Diseases brought by the colonizers killed up to 90 percent of the region's indian population already in the early 17th century. It was the epicenter of the Federal States Revolution. Two of the country's presidents were from Hershey: Charles J. Houghton and Samuel Cooper.

To support your request provide links to areas of OGF mapping which showcase your mapping skill. Mapping relevant to the requested theme & geography is especially useful | |
The {{coord}} template can optionally be used to link to the OGF map - it results in a nice formatted link. Or you can paste in a URL. |
I'm a new member, but i have learned how to use the mapping tools. I've been editing Michisaukee, added some neighbourhoods to the major cities, buildings and even a nuclear power plant. I have also tried out making rivers but didn't add them. All and all, I think I am able to start mapping on the next level.
