The Moldavian language (Лимба Молдовенеаскэ, in Romanish Limba Moldovenească) is a Romantish language within the Proto-Romanish subfamily and is closely related to the Romanish language. It is spoken and written mostly in Transmoldavia, a independent region of Commonia.

In Moldavian: Моромете порни ку бэиатул ын браце ши мергынд се фереа сэ се уите ла копил; ворбеа сингур ши ка ничиодатэ фэчеа пашй ларджй ши репезй. Пэреа немулцумит ши дезориентат, атинс токмай ын линищеа са нетурбуратэ.

In Romanish: Moromete pornì cu băiatul în brațe șì mergând se fereà să se uite la copil; vorbeà singur șì ca niciodată făceà pași largi șì repezi. Păreà nemulțumit șì dezorientat, atins tocmai în liniștea sa neturburată.

In Ingerish: Moromete went with his son in his arms and, walking, he avoided to look at the child. He talked to himself and, as never before, he made big and fast steps. He seemed puzzled and displeased, touched exactly in his untroubled silence. (Марин Преда, Моромеций, 1965)
