----
The Federal States has a robust domestic and international aviation network. This page provides a list of major airports and major airlines in the Federal States.
Airports
Commercial Airports
Before adding any airports here, be sure to claim a WAAT airport code by adding airports to the . Note that, to add an airport to , a certain level of detail (length of runways, number of gates, etc.) <u>must</u> be mapped prior to adding an airport. All Federal States airports should have an ANACA code of "BAxx", although the future of four-character codes is uncertain.

Commercial aviation is an important mode of interstate travel within the Federal States, and to/from our neighboring nations. Per , there are three classes of commercial airports:
Elway is a constituent state in the Federal States of Archanta, located in the Northeast Region at the Ardentic Ocean. It is one of the smallests states in the country.
* Class D airports are regional in nature. These airports are generally small, and in the Federal States primarily serve domestic destinations with smaller, shorter-range aircraft. In a "hub and spoke" airline model, regional airports will primarily only fly into "hub" airports rather than have direct connections with other regional airports. Class D airports are generally used for metropolitan areas of up to 250,000 residents that are not within a reasonable (2 hours or less) drive to a larger airport.

* Class R airports are larger than Class D airports, and may have some international flights to nearby foreign destinations, but a majority of destinations will likely still be domestic flights. Most airports on this list should likely fall into the Class R category.
The largest city of the state is San Bruno while the state's capital city is Bronson City. The state is divided in 4 counties.
* Class G airports are intercontinental major airports that serve as high-volume hubs for domestic and international flights. These generally are some of the largest airports in the OGF world and should be adequately designed to handle the world's largest commercial aircraft; likewise, they should only be located in areas that would reasonably have a high demand of both domestic and international travel.

Its total area is 5,452mi² (14,121km²), and land area is 4,194mi² (10,863km²).

Usually, population is concentrated in seaside lands.

Because its orange orchards, the state is nationwide known as Orange Coast.

State Symbols
The official coat of arms of Elway is an yellow star inside a blue circle, bordered by two orange leafs and a stripe with the name of the state. This badge is used in official stuff, as all the county flags in the state, but also is largelly used the "Elwayan Skyline".

This "unofficial" picture consists in a blue figure showing, from left to right, four pine trees, five skyscrapers, one boat and two waves, representing the geografical diversity of the state.

The "Elwayan Skyline" is used, as example, in the soccer team jersey and the gridiron team helmet, but also in official stuff sometimes, like the state car plate.

Also, Elway is nationaly known as "Orange Coast", because its orange orchards usually in coastal areas.

The Quep River is used as the southern state line.

The Marlington River cross the state from north to southeastern, and divide it in two basins.

The Merrimac River is the most important in southwestern Elway, being fed by (TBD rivers).

In Northeastern side of Elway, the Sutton and Alateska rivers are the main ones, sharing mouth in Sudbury Lagoon. But still are important to mention TBD River in north San Bruno, and Mariposa River.

Please do not add unmapped airports to this list. Airports without regularly scheduled commercial service should not be included on this list. Airport codes shown in italics are placeholders and should not be considered official; to officially claim an airport code, airports must meet the minimum level of detail to qualify for the list and be listed there. Airports in vacant states are marked with a <s>strikethrough</s>.

Main Characteristics
Bronson City
Initially it would be a planed city. (TBD)

There is a funny rivalry between Bronson City and Jamesville. As Bronson City is smaller than Jamesville, but more important (as it is the state capital), jamesvillians usually consider bronsonians like "the VIP's rednecks". The same way, bronsonians refers to jamesvillians as "the old grumpies from the coast".

Frankfort
I will update this section when starting to edit this place.  ;-)

Jamesville
A not so small seaside town. Several auto-parts companies are located in and around it. Most of people are christic and conservative, but with no extremism. People love baseball, fishing, and cars. There are some immigrant communities but less than 1% of population. The town is not center or even part of any metropolitan area.

Despite to be the bigger town located in a touristic region, Jamesville is the less glamourized place. There are some few luxury condos and hotels, but the marshes around keeps the town a bit isolated from the other places in the coast. The inhabitants, usually retireds and elder people looking for a calm place to rest, are very reserved, being excited only when talking about motorsports or baseball.

A popular saying in Elway and Eastern FSA is "When I retire, I will buy a boat, learn to play golf, and live in Jamesville".

San Bruno
A not so big seaside city. A bit like a cosmopolitan place. A half of the people is black or castellanic, and maybe 25% of the population are immigrants. Tourism (beaches), culture and music are strong here. (TBD)

Economy
Elway is nationally known by its orange and lemon orchards, being one of the bigest producers in all Federal States.

Also, there are some important auto-parts manufacturers based in Elway, specially around Jamesville.

The third most important part of elwayan economy is tourism, because its widely known calm water beaches.

General Aviation Airports
Gridiron
General Aviation (GA) airports are small, public airports that do not have regularly-scheduled commercial air service. While private aircraft can also use commercial airports, GA airports are more common for private individuals and companies that own or lease private aircraft.

San Bruno Speedsters is a professional gridiron team, based in San Bruno.

Founded in 1957, the Speedsters plays in AGL (Archantan Gridiron League), the top tier of the national league, as a member of the Eastern Division.

Locally known as "Veloces" by the castellanic immigrant people in the state.

Initially the franchise name was "Destroyers", but as it was a reference to the naval base in Laine, local fans from Elway ask the franchise owner to change this name. They got it in a poll during 1990-91 season.

Each GA airport should still have a 4-letter ANACA code; however, there is not yet a national consensus on a consistent lettering scheme for GA airports. A listing of GA airports will be established once ANACA code formats are established. GA airports do not use WAAT 3-letter codes.

Air Freedoms
With a robust domestic aviation industry, the Federal States allows global "3rd Freedom" (any airline can fly to/from the FSA with operations based in their home country) access to international airlines, with 4th Freedom access (airlines can fly to/from the FSA with operations based in a third nation) provided on a case-by-case basis. For all domestic flights that begin and end within the Federal States, a domestic carrier must be used, with codesharing agreements permitted.
Orange Coast Force, regarding the former Elway state name, plays in the top tier of the national league. Not one of the best ones, but usually in the playoffs.

Countries and companies requesting 4th Freedom access should message the FSA Coordinator for more details.
It is located in Bronson City, the capital city of the state, away from San Bruno or Jamesville, both so much populous than Bronson City.

Due to its subtropical climate, Elway rarely receives measurable snowfall. However, on rare occasions, a combination of cold moisture and freezing temperatures can result in snowfall in the northernwestern hills.
