OGF : Libérie Franque

Libérie Franque or Franquese Liberan is a country located in West Uletha, north of the Liberan Peninsula. It is a former colony of Franqueterre.

The official capital of the country is Fort-Franque. The other major cities are : Compréhence, Frénois, Saint-Paul, Chambourg (Kulabea) and Saint-Port.

History

Before colonisation

Currently in Libérie Franque there are very few traces of a pre-colonial human presence. However, on closer inspection, certain elements remain, notably certain place names (rivers, towns, territory, etc.).

We know that at the time of Franqueterre and Castellan's arrival on the continent, many tribes were settled in the territory. Mainly in the east: the Tniicka and Pavparvati tribes. Also in the north, in the present-day Cantobra region: the Pahvir. And the Huniiwzak, settled in the forests of the Cathar Mountains.

Pavparvati kingdom

At the time of the arrival of the Castellan settlers (around 1400), the Tniicka and Pavparvati tribes were united in a Kingdom: the Pavparvati Kingdom. The capital of this kingdom was the city of Daksina Lalamatiya, located on one of the islands in the mouth of the Goulack. The city has undergone a lot of restructuring over the years, especially after two disastrous floods in the 17th century, so that not much remains of the time when it was the capital.

The Grandes Régions is the third administrative level.

Libérie Franque has two large regions: Gueyrande and Territoire de Santemi.

Gueyrande region

This region represents 95% of the country. It is the original form of the country before the semi-independence of the Santemi Territory.

Santemi Territory

The Santemi Territory is a special region. It enjoys a certain independence from the greater Gueyrande region. Independence from certain economic and political decisions.

Principality of San Francisco

The Principality of San Francisco is a territory in the process of being integrated into the country. It is therefore not officially part of the country, but depends almost entirely on the economy and agricultural resources of Libérie Franque.

Small regions
