This is the state flag for the state of Arratas located in the region of Takora within the country of Alora

Description
This flag represents the Mediterraneo sea to the north and west by the blue area located to the top and left. The colors Navy Blue and Castellánese Crimson and Gold pay homage to the colors of the Castellánese flag which represents the people that ultimately settled the land. The two seven pointed stars represent the land of Castellán and the land of Takora and represents the peoples of both lands.
