Deprecated and unmaintained template

This template has been deprecated, with use of {{Infocard}} and supplemental templates being used in its place. This template will not be deleted until completely unused, but it is not being maintained and will not be updated..

This template is modeled after and adapted from a template originally found on Wikipedia and licensed under Creative Commons-ShareAlike-Attribution 3.0.
