This is the state flag for the state of Cota Novea located in the country of Alora, within the region of Escaskia. The Colors represent the Sea (dark blue), the sky (light blue) and the land (sand beige), with the state tree (Cota Novea Palm) located in the left dark blue field. This flag shows the official state colors as well as its connection to the coast.
