I'm currently adding national governmental institutions in the AR902 capital, Tsanonba.  Among these are:

Tsanonba, the capital, is located in the Tagalog-speaking part of AR902.  Do we want to put government institutions in Tsanonba, or distribute the institutions throughout the nation?
* Putting the institutions in Tsanonba would concentrate governmental power in Tsanonba and [https://opengeofiction.net/relation/79393 Maliwanag], the Tagalog region; it would also enhance inter-governmental collaboration.
* Spreading the institutions out would incentivize the government to invest in the Javanese regions on [https://opengeofiction.net/relation/193340 Mananahi] and hopefully foster greater national unity between the Tagalog and Javanese communities.
