Wiki maintenance: in-progress, phase 1.
The OGF Wiki server is being updated. This will result in [phase 1] utility pages not being updated (territory map, new users, etc), [phase 2] entering read-only mode, [phase 3] the wiki server being unavailable and [phase 4] the new server and wiki online.
