Instead use one of our templates from [[Category:Infobox templates]]. Most of them, if not all, have instruction of usage so it should be easy for you. I see that you use template copied from Wikipedia. Such templates won't work properly here because they contain transclusion of templates which don't exist in OGF wiki.
