BG32: Clarence

Clarence is mostly flat and swampy, but highly urbanized since it's right near the sea.

Clarence is known as a national manufacturing hub. There are people from all walks of life living here. The mapping style will resemble Trenton NJ if it was much larger in size and had a much larger population.
