ForumsTerritory application → Territory application/TA114d - Partition between Teotiyolcan and Barzona

Looking to divide TA114d between Barzona and Teotiyolcan, plan will create a shared border and allow similar cultures to cross across the border. Teotiyolcan will get about 66-75% of TA114d, Barzona about 25-33%.
