	The Territory ID (from OpenGeofiction:Territories, e.g. AR123a) and proposed name of the country

The territory that i want is AR120-87. I would like to call it New Cantino.

	Physical geography

My Country will be flat, with a large tablelands in the middle surrounded by hills. There will be one main river that will flow through the main city. The flat bit will be warm and humid, while the mountains will be dry and cold. Under the mountains will be a small temperate plain. The mountains will have snow. My country will have around 2 million peole. It will be a rich country with lots of land for farming on the plains. It will have a main freeway on the coast, with other highways crisscorssing the interiour

	History & culture
	A brief description of the intended culture and language

My country be a multiculural country. The main language will be english with some spanish mixed in. It was started in 1853 by a explorer.
