The area is located approx. on the same latitude as Anatolia and the Caucasus, which will make the area similar in terms of geography. The west and the south are temperate and more humid due to the a pump of warm water from the south gulf (similar to the Pontus region) Avg. winter temp. approx -5 to 5 C, avg. summer temp. 20-25 degrees C, coastal climate. The middle part of the country which is sandwiched by two parallel mountain ranges is mostly arid and shrubbish with some creeks flowing from the mountain (Zagros mountain). Avg. winter temp approx. -10 to 5 degrees C, summer temp. 25-30 degrees C. The eastern and northern part of the country is drier, sunny and mediterranean (Italy, Greece). Avg. winter temp. 0-5 degrees C, avg. summer temp around 30.

| A brief description of the territory demographics, economic development, land occupation, infrastructure and mapping style |
Realistically about 10 million people in the country (similar size to Azerbaijan). Most people along the coast and close to waters, less people in the center.
Economic development stable. Less urbanization compared to IRL West, more similar to Mideast countries. Land occupation high along the coast and waters with towns and cities and agriculture (olives, grapes, wheat etc.). Agriculture also in the mountainous middle region.
| History & culture | |
|---|---|
| A brief description of the intended culture and language |
Kardic language (Kurdish), Kurdish culture. Minority of Turkish (Turquese) and perhaps Persian/Caucasian/Indian.
It's good to represent cultures that have not been guaranteed official status IRL.

| To support your request provide links to areas of OGF mapping which showcase your mapping skill. Mapping relevant to the requested theme & geography is especially useful. | |
| The {{coord}}, {{node}}, {{relation}} or {{scalehelper}} templates can optionally be used to link to the OGF map - they result in nicely formatted links. Or you can paste in a URL. |
The area itself is mapped by me some time ago including UL06b, which is why it would be ideal for it to return to me. I look for merging the two together. I've also done a bit in UL06c.

Midesapa: https://opengeofiction.net/#map=9/-41.6548/146.2802&layers=5 I will not take credit for the current mapping but I still have few remnants of what I used to do here.

- Good to see you back in the region. I think the plan doesn't differ that much from what you laid on the map few years ago... I would also like to support merging UL06a and UL06b into one territory. Separation doesn't make a lot of sense with current geography and I feel like whoever would like to claim UL06b any time later, would have very little to say about natural features and national infrastructure in that territory when both Demirhan and UL06a are claimed. - Welcome back ruler! I hope you don't mind if I make some comments. Firstly, as the OGF project as a whole is in a more mature phase now, a phase where we've been eliminating old low quality names like 'Franquese' and 'Ingerish', I don't think we should be introducing any such names back into the project. Kardox is Kurdish for ancient Kurdistan, whereas Kardic is derivative of Kurdic. I think it'd be nice to take a more creative approach to naming things. Thanks, and I hope you don't take offense at this comment. --IiEarth (talk) 22:04, 12 September 2025 (UTC)
