There have been many proposals to build a network of high-speed railways (HSRs) in Mecyna, all of which have been met with controversy.
==Trams==

===Central Spine HSR===
The Central Spine HSR project plans to run from Stella to Marion City, with two loops through Minoa and Phoenix. Much of the planned route has been subject of substantial controversy due to a combination of environmental and economic concerns, along with over-ambitious plans. As a result, Bellefontaine, Minoa and New Hamberlin are the only confirmed intermediate HSR stations.

As of 21 February 2024, the HSR has been completed between Deria and Nora, as part of the multimodal Minoa Canal Tunnels. That section was built early due to the public transport projects in Minoa-Nora County and the new East Nora Port (which will be connected to the railway network).

===Minoa Interurban===
! City/Town
The Minoa Interurban is a modern tram system being built through Minoa, as part of Minoa-Nora County's public transport strategy to reduce car use. The first (finalised) line currently runs between Armstead and Minoa Lock, with the Minoan part reusing the old alignment of the Canal Motorway. The extension of the line to Bilter, and a branch to the new Minoa station, are both under consideration.
