Greetings. I'm forming an exploratory committee for my proposal.

I want to map a research station in the Southern Islands on behalf of the Federal States of Archanta. The research station would be located on a flat area in the archipelago. In universe, the station would be operated by a consortium of institutions: including government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and leading universities. The research facilities would consist of telescopes, living facilities, offices, and possibly more.

Would anyone want to collaborate with me? Does anyone have advice for me?
