If those can't be requested in on time, I'll prefer AR919, then AR918, at last AR917, But I wish that can approve at least 2.

This territory may have about 50%'s mountain area (because this territory is in tropical so there haven't snow cover)

The fictional ROH have 1 billion people and most of them are lived in near sea area. (So there will me some ultra density residential apartment in developed area). The development of ROH maybe not parity enough, about 80% people live near sea and about 20% people live inner.
