The country consists of 15 General Administrative Regions (GMR): General administrative regions in Flumis-à-la-Baie. The capital Carleton sits at the west end of River Charlevoi. Including Carleton, there are 13 GMRs on the mainland, 2 GMRs (Iles-des-soeurs and Iles-des-Marguerite) on the sea. The country has its sea access at South. Flumis-à-la-Baie shares its borders with three country, namely Lustria, Epeltasúna and Republic of Alora. The Flumis-à-la-Baie's climate is maritime, moist and temperate, with a moderate annual temperature range. The land is generaly flat, with most of mountains and elevations in the east (Outardes, Le Catier and Brochou). In the Sheldrake GMR, there are land elevations due to ancient earthquakes, which prolongs to the northwestern area of the Republic of Alora.
