So I understand that wiki pages have to be limited to prevent "overwikification". But it turns out I can't even create the pages I am limited to. Do I have to request every single page, or is there a way to request wiki access?

By the way, I can't upload the files for my country's flag and coat of arms, maps etc.

I have fixed the matter for you. It is important for me to note, however, that you should be mindful of "overwikification." Your territory is virtually empty, and you've done a lot in your sandbox to create the article for it.
