A country whose terrain is very similar in morphology to Andorra, but whose climate is like northern Italy, particularly the Alta Lombardia/Trentino area, meaning an Alpine climate.

The idea was to have a territory made up of narrow V-shaped valleys (except for the main central valley, which is fairly wide), rich in alpine lakes, pine and fir forests, very steep streams, and rather rugged roads.

The country will consist mainly of small municipalities. The main central valley will have several municipalities with populations of around 3,000–4,000 inhabitants, including the capital (named "Valeria", Because in Italian, 'val' means 'valley' (like the English word but abbreviated), and the suffix '-ia' means 'territory of', so it would translate to 'Territory of the Valleys'.)

On the other hand, '-er-' was added to make the town's name sound like a person's name, as a sign of importance."), which will have approximately 5,500 inhabitants. The other municipalities, located in the narrower valleys, will generally have around 300–400 inhabitants.

The economy is primarily based on high-end alpine tourism, sustainable forestry, and specialized agriculture. To support its high GDP per capita, Leolini features a highly developed financial sector. The average salary will be around 5,000 “Leolinian Francs” (one Leolinian Franc is worth approximately 2 US dollars).

GDP per capita will be approximately $40,000–43,000, with a Human Development Index of around 0.918–0.920. The economic model is based on minarchism and absolute laissez-faire, with no central banking system and minimal government intervention in the free market.

The country will be a major producer of fir wood, fruit, and especially grapes.

Most of the territory will not be occupied by extensive road networks or large cities, but rather by vast Alpine-like forests, small lakes, and occasional small villages. The main valley will be the exception, with somewhat larger settlements of several thousand inhabitants.

There will be one main airport and 3–4 small private mountain altiports serving the more rugged, narrow, and less accessible valleys. There will be only one railway line, primarily using narrow-gauge track.

The territory, deliberately kept small, will be mapped in a very high level of detail, with detailed buildings, forests, and very smooth roads.

The main language spoken will be Italian, with small areas where Veneto-influenced dialects are spoken. Over time, the inhabitants of the town who previously spoke French slowly changed some words—in order to understand each other exclusively and to communicate during ancient conflicts—until it transformed almost into the Italian language. It became official Italian when some inhabitants from the Veneto region influenced the dialect created in the town with Italian.

The predominant religion will be Roman Catholic Christianity.
