English: The Leolinese Community (or Leolini) is a country located in Western Uletha. It has an area of 5,049 km², is landlocked, and 100% of its territory is on the mainland. Leolini borders Valonia to the north and west, Plevia to the east, and UL08i to the south. The capital of the country is Valeria (in Venetian 'Valèria'), located in the lower Toci valley, at the mouth of the Doganella river, the waterway that reaches the border with Plevia. Leolini has a population of 160,000 inhabitants and is a wealthy Alpine nation in Western Uletha. Leolini is a minarchy that only controls borders, banks (excluding the currency and its value), road systems, and law enforcement, thereby keeping all other activities private. The Leolinese economy focuses mainly on tourism, wood, grapes, and other fruits to a lesser extent; it has a very high life expectancy, and its quality of life is one of the best in the world.
