UL14a - Chernarus (Черноруссия)

	Physical geography
	An overview of climate, topography and landscape of the country. With the exception of Beginner territories, you should always create a sketch map to illustrate & explain your plans. You can add a link to this (hosted on imgBB, Postimages or similar, but not imgur.com)

Chernarus is located in a rather harsh climate. There are severe cold spells in winter. And the summers are quite hot. Chernarus is located on a plain.

	A brief description of the territory demographics, economic development, land occupation, infrastructure and mapping style

Chernarus is experiencing its heyday demographically. There is a large population growth. After the elections, Chernarusi has established a planned economy with population participation. Mostly people work on collective farms and fish. We plan to work Soviet style.

	History & culture
	A brief description of the intended culture and language

After the presidential election, the Communist Party CKP was elected and a planned economy was established. This regime has persisted throughout this century. Chernarusi has a poorly developed culture due to the eradication by the communists. All residents of Chernarusi speak Russian

	You have not presented enough mapping to warrant a territory, especially not a territory of this size. Likewise, Russian has not been imagined here, please see OGF:West Uletha. In the meantime, you can try mapping in a collaborative (purple) section of Suria (Collab:Suria), a Russian-styled country. Any questions are welcome.
