Summary
State Flag of Havania
The Flag of the State of Havania is a rectangular banner flag with a large has a dark blue colored field. The flag has a gaerman styled gold sheild with a rounded red cross outlined in black. Other vertical iterations of the flag also exist for use in ceremonial purposes. On these flags the sheild centered vertically on the flag.
