The region is mostly populated by the Sannese, speakers of the Sannese langauge (Latin-Inspired conlang). The region's economy is mostly agricultural but oil deposits have been found and technology has been growing in prevalence in their big cities.

	History & culture
	A brief description of the intended culture and language

The nation has a long history of wars and nobles, evident by the medieval castles spread around the countryside. They speak Sannese, a language known for its sheer amount of nasalization and large quantity of phonemes.

	Past mapping
	To support your request provide links to areas of OGF mapping which showcase your mapping skill. Mapping relevant to the requested theme & geography is especially useful.

I've mapped a few places before, I have heard from others they were quite good but those people were not mods.

Hi, I would recommend requesting a BG beginner territory. These are intended as sandboxes to both build up experience and show case mapping for a well developed application. In an application we're really looking for a good sketch to explain the plans, along with solid realistic mapping. See Help:Making realistic countries, Help:Making realistic cities and the scale helper. You can also find the required themes/cultures for an area on the territory application page, and territories overview - the one you are requesting is New World Spanish inspired.
